Contribution Refund Policy
SOLIDARITY SCHOOLS TRUST initiated a Contribution refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of Contributions made through our portal erroneously. Solidarity Schools Trust requests all contributors to exercise due care and diligence while making contributions. Contributors who wish to get a refund are requested to contact us through phone or email. Solidarity Schools Trust may also request more documents or information, and contributors are expected to co-operate in this regard.
However, Solidarity Schools Trust is not obliged to make a refund of contributions and may, at its discretion, decline any request for a refund of contributions, particularly if a tax exemption certificate (u/s 80G) has been issued.
